Fatima Lahham is a musician, facilitator and researcher based in London. She is currently a Hallsworth Research Fellow at the University of Manchester, where she is working on a project about sonic practices, birds, migration histories and healing justice. Fatima’s debut album bulbul (2022) is out on FS Records and her first book Improvising Otherwise was published in 2025 by Open Book Publishers.
Lee-Shan Tse is a Swiss Chinese social anthropologist, artist and educator. Currently, she is a Research Fellow at the Queen's University Belfast working on a Leverhulme Trust research project titled Heritage Literary in Muslim Communities of Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Her research interest is heritage, sacred arts practices, migration and belonging, with a regional focus on Hong Kong and South China.
